Well I had this exact model I bought 4 years ago and it worked like a charm. While this one works, as other customers said the tip cover doesn’t not stay on! It will float off once it’s in the water. I put bricks on mine to keep it on. I also saved my old ones house and foam filters as a back top. I could always switch the pump if needed as it was only the pump that finally went on the old one I had.
